Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Partner & Provider Support Specialist. In this role, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing world-class customer service to medical providers and clients. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service, have a knack for problem-solving, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

As a Partner & Provider Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:


Communicating with medical providers primarily via telephone and email to obtain needed information and resolve bill-specific issues
Providing world-class customer service by responding to and answering questions quickly and professionally
Demonstrating an intimate knowledge of clients' needs, empathy for customers' situations, and knowledge of appropriate language
Serving as a role model to internal, client, partner, and vendor representatives by following guidelines to ensure stellar service is provided with each call


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:


Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service
Call Center experience a plus
Previous experience with group health is preferred
Optimistic, energetic, and possessing a positive attitude
Patient and genuinely enjoy working with people
A natural inclination to dig into a situation, leaving no stone unturned in order to solve a problem
Ability to keep calm in pressing situations while practicing empathy and utilizing superior listening skills
Strongly detail-oriented – meticulous and pay close attention to information that others may miss
Ability to use a computer to research and communicate information effectively
Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9:30AM-6:00PM (Hours may change slightly based on business needs)


Physical Requirements

As a Partner & Provider Support Specialist, you'll need to:


Be able to use a computer and its associated accessories in an upright position
Work in an office setting 5 days a week during the 90-day training period
