**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing world-class service to our guests and ensuring a pleasant and productive shopping experience. **Key Responsibilities**

* Offer product recommendations and provide expert advice on outdoor gear and apparel
* Process transactions, handle returns, and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service area
* Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and company policies

**Essential Qualifications**

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or outdoor industry setting
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
* Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on providing exceptional service
* Knowledge of outdoor gear and apparel, with a passion for the industry
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
