**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative on our overnight shift, you'll be responsible for:

* Engaging with clients through both outbound and inbound calls, providing solutions and support to customers in a professional, sensitive, and tactful manner.
* Analyzing and appraising loan applications using various software tools to initiate the loan process, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
* Maintaining precise documentation of all account interactions, including customer records and financial transactions.
* Communicating clearly and effectively with customers, providing timely and accurate information to resolve their inquiries and concerns.
* Handling card payments and processing financial transactions with accuracy, ensuring seamless and secure transactions.
* Staying informed about the latest in lending practices and financial services, applying this knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
* Creating and updating customer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
* Meeting and exceeding monthly performance goals as established by management, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent.
* Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.
