You will handle prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage, ensuring that our patients receive the care they need in a timely and compassionate manner. With a high-energy culture and a passion for helping others, we are looking for a talented individual who shares our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to specialty patients over the phone * Handle prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage * Resolve patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and compassionate manner * Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless delivery of medications * Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment * 6+ months of high call center experience working with Windows, Microsoft, or another application * Strong computer skills and proficiency in software applications * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * 6+ months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone * Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions * Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting **COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement** arenaflex requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. **Training Schedule** * Monday through Friday, 9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST (training schedule) * Schedule availability: Monday through Sunday, 9:00 pm EST to 9:00 am (an 8-hour shift will be assigned to you 5 days a week within this time frame) **Pay Range** * Minimum: $17.02 * Maximum: $27.16 * Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
