Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) is a charitable, cultural organization dedicated to presenting the best of international and Canadian cinema. They are seeking a Digital Technology Analyst to drive digital adoption across the organization, identify technology solutions for operational problems, and support the development and roll-out of digital capabilities. Responsibilities Serve as a day-to-day technology enablement partner to business teams – translating operational questions and pain points into actionable technology solutions, and maintaining ongoing relationships with key stakeholders across departments Collaborate with the Principal Developer & Architect on solution design and development – contributing to requirements analysis, prototyping, and hands-on technical work that bridges business context and engineering execution Lead or support digital transformation initiatives across the organization – working with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and shepherd technology change from concept through adoption Support the application portfolio through configuration, testing, requirements documentation, and user acceptance testing, ensuring systems evolve to meet the needs of the teams that depend on them Contribute to the evaluation and piloting of new digital tools and AI use cases – assessing fit, coordinating trials, and building adoption frameworks that let TIFF benefit responsibly from emerging technology Maintain clear documentation of processes, systems, and adoption progress to support organizational knowledge retention and provide visibility to pillar leadership Skills Demonstrated experience in business analysis, data & analytics, software development lifecycle, and/or artificial intelligence Strong communication and facilitation skills; ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences and design or deliver effective training and enablement Technical fluency sufficient to engage meaningfully in solution design and hands-on development; candidates must be comfortable working alongside engineers and architects Organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple concurrent workstreams with different stakeholder groups Collaborative working style with a genuine interest in how technology solves organizational problems Adaptable to a flexible work schedule including some evenings and weekends This position requires being in office on a regular basis Company Overview Toronto International Film Festival is an organization that hosts a film festival in Toronto.
