**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will:
* Interface with customers via inbound calls who have questions or concerns that require additional support.
* Achieve specific support and resolution on every call.
* Use script and/or probing techniques to determine customer needs and offer the most appropriate advice or service for particular situations.
* Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services.
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service experiences.
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma and/or GED
* Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (or required)
* Live within 25-30-mile radius of our Saint Louis, MO site
* Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills
* The ability to work rotational shifts as needed
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role
* Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Familiarity with industry-specific products and services
* Certification in customer service or a related field
