Your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing customer service by phone, email, or social media, resolving incidents generated daily * Managing and efficiently handling incoming calls and chats to ensure efficient and high-quality communication with clients * Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools * Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and following up to ensure resolution * Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents * Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies * Taking the extra mile to engage customers * Performing parallel work for the Department of Operations as needed **Schedule** The night shift position is 00:00 am to 8:00 am, five days a week, with a 30-minute break.
