We're looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Virginia, providing exceptional support to our Medicaid and Medicare members and providers. About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our members and providers. You'll work from home, providing telephone assistance with a range of inquiries, including eligibility, provider changes, and requests for ID cards. Your strong customer skills and ability to communicate effectively will ensure that every caller has an excellent experience. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming member and provider calls, responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits, and programs. Provide high-quality customer service, ensuring that every caller receives a personalized and empathetic experience. Utilize high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable to access our systems and resolve inquiries efficiently. Meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals, demonstrating your ability to work independently and as part of a team. Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent GED. Ability to communicate effectively with members and providers orally and in written form. Strong customer skills, with the ability to empathize with callers and provide personalized support. Self-sufficiency and ability to work from home, with reliable high-speed internet connectivity. Must live within 50 miles of Linthicum, MD, and be willing to commute to the office when required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working remotely in a call center setting, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare, with a strong understanding of the programs and their requirements.
