**Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Business Intelligence & Analytics**

As a part-time Data Analyst, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about using data to tell stories, drive growth, and create value. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for supporting our paid media examination capability, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement, and developing data-driven insights to inform business decisions. You'll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of data tools and technologies, including SQL, MicroStrategy, Tableau, and more. **Key Responsibilities** * Convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders in the space of paid media * Plan and lead the development of examination, BI, and data science projects aimed at streamlining paid media and improving marketing efficiencies * Work with paid media data science teams and marketing teams to implement media blend models * Direct special investigations through database querying, followed by astute interpretation of results and the detailing and communication of proposals that drive action * Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to handle business challenges, and track marketing and product performance with a data-driven approach * Influence Organized Inquiry Language (SQL), MicroStrategy, Tableau, and other reporting tools to create and maintain scheduled and Adhoc reports * Examine data to identify business issues and lead deep dives to perform root cause analysis * Collaborate with partners to use data (internal data from Perceptible and Amazon, as well as external data from market research and advertising agencies) and address complex business challenges by conveying meaningful insights **Essential Capabilities** * Experience in the space of Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Consulting in an e-commerce climate or related field * High-level SQL experience * High-level involvement in at least one industry examination and measurements perception devices (e.g. Tableau/QuickSight/PowerBI) * Master in Succeed with a demonstrated history * Degree in data science, business, finance, data innovation, statistics, math, or other related field **Preferred Capabilities** * You enjoy working in a team of highly connected people * You have an enthusiasm for numbers, data, and metrics, but also for conveying meaningful analysis of high quality * Strong predisposition for action, highly organized, and ability to complete tasks and projects with little direction and tight deadlines * Superb communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate with both business leadership and technical teams effectively * Experience with participation, membership-based, or media content organizations * Experience with and/or interest to learn more on state-of-the-art data science approaches * Programming languages: knowledge of Python * Knowledge of other programming languages, such as Java or C#, or of statistical programming languages like R or SAS * Knowledge of Adobe Analytics **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $27/hour * Part-time schedule with 8 hours per week * Opportunity to work with a leading innovator in the private sector * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development opportunities and training * Flexible work arrangements and remote work options * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) matching program * Paid time off and holidays **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-driven individual with a passion for data analysis, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
