**Responsibilities**
* Receive and respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and fax, providing accurate and timely information regarding products and services.
* Process customer requests for price quotations, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
* Answer technical questions from customers, providing expert knowledge and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Maintain a high level of rapport with customers, working to provide exceptional service and build long-term relationships.
* Enter customer requests into our system in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions.
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the industrial, glass and aluminum, or building materials industry.
* Excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal, conflict management, and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite.
* Ability to calculate discounts, fractions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume, as well as apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
* Knowledge of glass and aluminum products and services.
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
