**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional service and communication
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Promote arenaflex products and services to new and existing customers
* Review accounts for accuracy and update as needed
* Fund loans and manage collections
* Acquire new customers through marketing and outreach efforts
* Work closely with the team to enhance the customer experience
* Maintain a clean and professional office environment
* Safeguard company monies and property
* Assist in managing P&L's and adhering to company policies and procedures
* Stay up-to-date on all company trainings and industry laws
* Document calls to past, present, and future customers
* Educate customers on the terms and conditions of the contract
* Follow instructions and respond to management direction
* Report for work on time, as scheduled, and ready to begin the workday
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
* Excellent math skills, including the ability to count money
* Strong social skills, including the ability to engage and interact professionally
* Problem-solving skills, including the ability to negotiate payment terms
* Communication skills, including the flexibility to work with different personalities
* Computer skills, including the ability to use computer programs required to process day-to-day transactions
* Clerical skills, including the ability to file folders, answer phones, scan, and copy paperwork
* Organization skills, including the ability to utilize filing systems
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the financial industry
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
* Certification in customer service or a related field
**Requirements**
* Must be 18 years old
* Valid driver's license
* Dependable vehicle
* Eligible to work in the USA
