This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. As a Remote Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through live chat... support.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through live chat
- Provide accurate and timely information on insurance plans and benefits
- Troubleshoot technical issues with online tools and resources
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and data security
Requirements:
- Energetic and dedicated personality traits
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications
- Experience in customer service or support roles
- High school diploma or equivalent required
