As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing world-class support to our customers via phone, email, or fax. Your primary goal will be to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, maximize sales productivity, and contribute to the overall optimization of our customer service operations. **Key Responsibilities:** • Respond professionally to inbound calls from customers across the nation, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and courteous manner. • Accurately input customer and order information into our CRM database, ensuring data integrity and consistency. • Maintain an order batch, tracking the life cycle of orders from processing to follow-up, as necessary. • Follow up on pending payments and process payments in a timely manner. • Verify customer information and order details to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service. **Supervisory Responsibilities:** This position has no supervisory responsibilities, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the growth and success of our team. **Competencies:** • You're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are multi-task oriented, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively. • You possess a friendly, positive attitude and are eager to assist customers, regardless of their disposition. • You're able to work effectively under pressure, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor in challenging situations. • You're detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality in your work. • You're a collaborative team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **Requirements:** • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) preferred. • 1 year of previous customer service or call center experience. • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a team environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Ability to navigate multiple programs and customer care service tools. • Previous experience with Great Plains (GP) is a plus. **Physical Demands:** The physical demands of this role include: • Sitting for extended periods, with occasional standing and walking. • Using hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, and to talk and hear. • Lifting and moving boxes or packages not exceeding 20 pounds in weight. • Working in an office environment with normal office noises. **Work Environment:** Our office environment is dynamic and fast-paced, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
