As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving product complaints, and maintaining a positive and supportive work environment. Key Responsibilities Process product complaints through various communication channels, ensuring timely and courteous resolution. Maintain a positive experience for customers, investigating complaints and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner. Accurately update databases with pertinent details and product information, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Escalate issues based on severity to appropriate levels, following established procedures and protocols. Ensure confidentiality of caller and proprietary information, adhering to established procedures and guidelines. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have: A high school diploma or equivalent. At least 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. The ability to work a hybrid work schedule, comprising of weekly office and remote requirements.
