Education and Experience To be successful in this role, you'll need: At least 2 years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and resolving complex issues. Authorization to work in the United States, with a stable work history and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. Flexibility to work occasional mandatory overtime, especially during outages, to ensure our customers receive the support they need. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and think critically. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and a willingness to learn.
