Warehouse Associate (Seasonal)

Temporary Description JOB DESCRIPTION Title: Warehouse Associate (Seasonal) Full-Time or Part-time: Full-time (Term Position) Department: Product Procurement Reports To: Fulfillment and Firearm Manager Employment Category: Hourly, Non-Exempt Job Summary: The Seasonal Warehouse Associate supports fulfillment and warehouse operations during peak business periods. This position is responsible for assisting with shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, inventory handling, and general warehouse organization to ensure timely and accurate distribution of products. Supervisory Responsibilities: • None Duties and Responsibilities: • Assist in daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. • Ensure accuracy of orders, shipments, and inventory movement. • Receive incoming shipments and assist with unloading, staging, and stocking merchandise. • Enter or verify inventory information in the internal inventory system as directed. • Assist with maintaining organized, clean, and safe warehouse work areas. • Support fulfillment staff with seasonal workload demands and special projects. • Assist with loading and unloading products and supplies as needed. • Follow established safety procedures and warehouse best practices. • Communicate order issues, shortages, or damages to warehouse management. • Assist with NWTF grounds and facility tasks as assigned. • Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements Required Skills/Abilities:• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems. • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when needed. • Dependable, punctual, and able to meet seasonal scheduling requirements. • Valid Driver’s License preferred. Education and Experience: • High School diploma or higher education • 2+ years of previous related work experience. Physical Requirements: • Must be able to lift, carry and load up to 40 pounds. • Must be able to sit, stand, and bend for long periods of time.
