Join us as we build the future of healthcare! **Job Summary** We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Provider Services team on a seasonal basis. As a Provider Services Representative, you'll coordinate and collect medical records from provider offices, medical groups, and other medical facilities and/or entities.
