Your key responsibilities will include: * Assisting customers inside and outside a blithequark center with our products and services * Using smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory * Moving and hooking up blithequark trucks and trailers * Cleaning and inspecting equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels * Answering questions and educating customers regarding products and services * Preparing rental invoices and accepting equipment returned from rental * Installing hitches and trailer wiring * Filling propane (certification offered through blithequark upon employment) * Driving a forklift (certification offered through blithequark upon employment) * Participating in ongoing continuous blithequark education through blithequark University **Minimum Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A valid driver's license and the ability to maintain a good driving record * A high school diploma or equivalent **Work Environment** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work in a fast-paced environment that requires moderate risks or discomforts, including working around moving parts or machines, fumes, or irritant chemicals.
