About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative with 3+ years of experience in a similar role. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling and coordinating day-to-day activities, and supporting our human resources functions. If you have excellent spoken and written English skills, a college degree, and outstanding time-management abilities, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate day-to-day activities of healthcare workers, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service. Screen and hire caregivers, developing strong interpersonal relationships and promoting the employer's brand. Communicate regularly with field staff, clients, and US-based team members, building strong rapport and relationships. Staff client shifts by matching the best caregiver with each client, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Manage the service delivery platform to meet company standards, preparing daily and weekly staffing reports. Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Support payroll functions and provide HR support to healthcare workers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements 3+ years of experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in a healthcare or related industry. Flair communication skills in English, both spoken and written, with a strong English medium background. Expert-level computer experience with documents, sheets, and web applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box. Detail-oriented, highly organized, dependable, and a multi-tasker, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Self-starter with superior time management skills, able to work independently and as part of a remote team. Excellent customer service skills, with experience working with US or UK consumers and a strong understanding of cultural differences. Must demonstrate crystal clear phone call voice quality and clear HD video quality using home office equipment during the hiring process. Dedicated home office space, with a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free work environment. Shift timing - 9pm - 6am (IST, M-F), with flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
