About the Role This position is a member of the Flight Administration Team within the Customer Experience Department at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of duties, including transactions related to airline steward operations, such as payroll, time-off processes, family leave recodes, and assisting with setting up training and travel to training. Key Responsibilities Handle phone requests and perform a variety of duties related to scheduling Airline Steward operations in both the Semi-Automated Business Research Environment (SABRE) and Crew Movement Global Positioning System (CATS) Ability to understand and interpret policies and procedures according to the arenaflex/APFA Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement Ability to handle a high volume of calls as well as interact with various departments, including but not limited to: airline stewards, different levels of management, and the union representing the airline stewards Ability to document conversation records with accuracy and in a timely manner Provide consistent and clear information to customers and understand issues presented on the phone, providing solutions according to policy and procedure Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's Degree Experience working with a provisional work group and knowledge of the airline steward JCBA Past call center/contact center experience Knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to make independent decisions and collaborate with management and colleagues Willingness to work additional hours to address operational issues Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels throughout the organization Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in the aviation industry Knowledge of SABRE, DECS, and RES systems Previous experience in a customer-facing role Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits Comprehensive onboarding program to help you get started in your role Ongoing training and development opportunities to help you build your skills and knowledge Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth Access to a range of resources and tools to help you succeed in your role Work Environment and Company Culture Compensation, Perks, and Benefits Competitive hourly rate of $26/hour Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) program with company match Access to a range of wellness programs and resources Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth Discounts on travel and other perks Conclusion If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at arenaflex.
