Key Responsibilities

Communicate directly with customers through multiple channels, including in-person, phone, and email, to provide real-time support and resolve issues promptly.
Empathize with customers, prioritize their needs, and uphold arenaflex's values by respecting every customer and providing personalized support.
Resolve customer issues efficiently, setting clear expectations and providing accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction.
Compose clear, concise, and grammatically correct written responses to customer inquiries, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
Approach problems logically, using good judgment to ensure appropriate customer outcomes and make quick, effective decisions on behalf of the customer.
Work a flexible full-time schedule (40+ hours per week) to ensure adequate support during peak periods.


Essential Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in customer service is essential.
Ability to prioritize work effectively, ensuring efficiency and meeting customer needs in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook, as well as experience with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools.
