About the Role The Customer Service Representative will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between our clients, body shops, and internal teams. This position requires a unique blend of technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Work Planning Support: Coordinate and facilitate the workflow between clients, body shops, and internal teams to ensure efficient processing of vehicle repairs. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Vehicle Appearance Arrangement: Collaborate with body shops to ensure that vehicle repairs meet blithequark's high standards, including coordinating twist and CCC organization appearances. Rental Coordination and Handoff: Arrange rental vehicles for clients as needed and facilitate the handoff process, ensuring a smooth transition. Material and Supplies Reordering: Manage inventory and reorder materials and supplies as necessary to support the repair process. Repair Review and Delivery: Conduct thorough reviews of vehicle repairs and coordinate delivery to clients, ensuring that all work meets blithequark's quality standards. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree: A degree from a professional school in a relevant field, such as business administration or a related discipline, is required. Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, is crucial for success in this role. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with crash repair processes and procedures is preferred, as well as experience working in a body shop environment. Microsoft Office Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is desirable. Training and Development: The ability to train others and contribute to the development of the team is essential.
