Job Overview
In this experienced level role, you will report to the Customer Service Manager and will be the first point of contact for arenaflex customers, including advisors, clients, and relationship partners. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolving service issues, requests, and account inquiries in a timely and professional manner. You will communicate directly with customers to research questions, open issue resolution cases, and resolve higher-level problems over the phone. With a strong focus on results-driven performance and a growth mindset, you will be expected to provide exceptional customer service, resolve conflicts, and contribute to the ongoing development of our customer service team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers, including advisors, clients, and relationship partners, via phone and other communication channels
Research and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner
Develop an understanding of procedures to educate clients and advisors on newly enacted services and facilitate efficient self-service
Troubleshoot simple usability issues raised by customers and refer more complex issues to appropriate service partners
Ensure that all relevant information is gathered and entered to ensure prompt resolution, receiving guidance from coaches on a frequent basis to process requests
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company or product policies and systems to provide accurate and helpful information to customers


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following essential qualifications:

Experience providing customer-focused solutions or support, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service
Demonstrated written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner

Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

P & C License, with the ability to pass the state's P&C license exam within 12 months (training and administrative support will be provided)
Experience working in a remote or home-based environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively
Experience with customer service software and technology, with a strong ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
