**Job Summary**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. You'll work in a fast-paced service station environment, operating registers, scanning, itemizing, and totaling customer purchases. **Key Responsibilities**

* Provide top-quality, fast, and friendly customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Operate registers to scan, itemize, and total customer purchases accurately and efficiently
* Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company policies, procedures, and standards
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
* Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management
* Ability to work in a team environment, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
* Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately handle cash, operate a point-of-sale system, and manage inventory
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous experience in a service station or retail environment
* Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
* Basic computer skills, with the ability to learn and use our point-of-sale system
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and bending
* High school diploma or equivalent, with some college or vocational training in a related field
