**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Fast-Paced Retail Environment in Lafayette, AL**

**Your Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Greeting customers, running the register, and cashiering with a smile
* Making purchase suggestions and working with our food program to enhance the customer experience
* Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
* Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations
* Interacting with customers daily, building strong relationships, and resolving any issues that may arise
* Working collaboratively with a fun, energetic team to achieve daily goals and objectives
* Selling products to customers, providing excellent customer care, and communicating effectively with colleagues and management
**What We're Looking For**
We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is:
* Good at selling products to customers, providing excellent customer care, and communicating effectively
* Able to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude and having fun
* Willing to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges
* A team player who can work collaboratively to achieve common goals
* Able to think quickly and offer creative solutions to problems
* Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent and retail and customer service experience (a plus!)
**Physical Requirements**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to:
* Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
* Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
* Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
* Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
* Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
* Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
