We currently have full-time and part-time positions available for Customer Service Representatives who can work evening and weekend shifts. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via inbound calls. Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will enable you to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
Shift Availability
We are looking for candidates who can work a variety of shifts, including:
4PM to 11PM, Monday to Friday
12AM shifts, Monday to Friday
At least one weekend day (Saturday and/or Sunday) per week
Holidays (depending on scheduling needs)
Availability for both weekend days is a plus, and we offer a bilingual differential for Spanish/English bilingual candidates.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
Responding to inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective way
Providing accurate and helpful information to customers about our products and services
Utilizing basic computer applications to access customer information and resolve issues

Qualifications

Ability to type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
