About the Role We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling emergency signals, notifying and verifying alarm signals, and dispatching the proper authorities. This is a full-time position that requires flexibility, including working weekends, holidays, and overtime. In return, you will receive a competitive starting pay of $17.49 per hour, shift differentials up to $4.00 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities Handle emergency signals in a timely and professional manner Notify and verify alarm signals to ensure accurate response Dispatch proper authorities when necessary, following established protocols Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns Work collaboratively with the team to achieve service goals and objectives Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as previous customer service experience. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Additionally, you will need to be flexible with your schedule, including working weekends, holidays, and overtime. Computer literacy is also essential, as you will be using specialized software and systems to perform your duties.
