Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred, but not required. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment, where you have developed strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
