Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with our customer service policies, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments
Promote our services and products to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell where possible
Accurately enter data, information, bills, receipts, reports, and other documents into our systems, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail
Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, using a range of communication methods including email, phone, and in-person meetings
