Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
Leverage active listening and probing question skills to understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions
Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn
Meet and exceed sales targets, driving growth and revenue for the company
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer experience
Utilize Microsoft Office tools and other software applications to manage customer interactions and data


Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a driven personality that is focused on solving problems and meeting goals. You should be familiar with Microsoft Office tools and have experience in customer service and sales. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customer interactions.

Essential Qualifications

Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
Experience in customer service and sales

Work-from-Home Requirements
To work from home as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need to have a quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work with excellent Internet connectivity. This includes:

Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better)
In-house network and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates
A Smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, in which you will be able and willing to download our app for company communications

Competitive pay rate: $15.00 - $20.00/hr
An 8-hour per day shift, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)
