**Experienced Remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher – HVAC and Plumbing Industry**

Job Role As a Remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you'll play a vital role in handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your daily duties will include: Maintaining our customer database Making daily outbound phone calls to customers Routing technicians based on location Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team Our ideal candidate will be able to work independently as well as within the dispatch team, handle high call volumes, and accurately document information into our customer database (Service Titan).
