Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Athens, USA. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to our clients. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling 50-60 calls per shift, and will be expected to meet our high performance standards.

Key Responsibilities


Handle a high volume of client inquiries via inbound calls, chats, and messages
Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Provide solutions and alternatives to clients, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Build relationships with clients and provide a personalized experience
Listen actively and show empathy to clients, understanding their concerns and needs
De-escalate client concerns and resolve issues in a calm and professional manner
Issue resolution and problem-solving, using a first-contact resolution approach
Be knowledgeable and proficient in using various software applications, tabs, tools, and systems
Elevate essential issues and contribute to process improvements


Requirements and Qualifications


18 years of age or older
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
Fluent in English and Spanish
Experience working in a Windows operating system or equivalent
100% attendance is mandatory during training; we cannot accommodate any absences, tardiness, or leaves during this time
Qualified applicants will be required to pass a background assessment to proceed with the screening
