**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Community Corrections and Electronic Monitoring**

**Job Summary**

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for supervising clients referred for electronic home monitoring. This includes completing installation of monitoring equipment, monitoring compliance using electronic equipment and on-site checks, and tracking data received from electronic devices. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining assigned equipment, providing excellent customer service, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our mission.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Meet with clients in office or at the location of referring agency to install and uninstall electronic home monitoring equipment
* Complete proper documentation, including data entry for new client set-up, and provide an overview of the home monitoring program and review the rules of client compliance
* Meet with clients weekly to review and approve the client's daily schedule for the upcoming week and ensure schedule follows all policies and guidelines
* Monitor and address alerts received from electronic monitoring device to determine client compliance and adherence to program guidelines
* Provide notification and documented report to probation officer or referring court in instances of non-compliance
* Create appointments and set schedules for regular client office visits
* Administer drug and alcohol testing as determined by the client's program
* Check equipment for proper functioning, maintain accurate inventory of all assigned equipment, and request new equipment as needed
* Communicate with call center to troubleshoot problems with monitoring equipment
* Report missing inventory and file police reports as required
* Update physical and electronic files, ensuring all relevant and pertinent information is included
* Maintain and monitor the confidentiality of client records and administrative files
* Work with court and court officials to write and update client reports
* Testify in court when required
* Collect supervision payments from clients, provide receipts, and complete daily deposits
* Follow cash collection policy, ensure accountability for all payments received, and create a balance daily to identify and correct discrepancies

**Essential Qualifications**

* High School diploma, GED certification, or equivalent is required
* Six (6) months of experience with community corrections, electronic monitoring, corrections, probation, or local courts is preferred
* Knowledge of the state judicial system is preferred
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel) is preferred
* Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and high level of organizational skills
* Demonstrate ability to complete pre-service and other training programs as required
* Valid driver's license is required

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
* Experience working with electronic monitoring equipment and software is preferred
* Knowledge of court procedures and protocols is preferred
* Experience working in a team environment is preferred
