Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Collections Assistant. The primary responsibility of this role is to efficiently transfer consumers and businesses to our collection team, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all parties involved. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be the first point of contact for many of our clients' customers, making your role crucial in setting the tone for their interaction with arenaflex. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner Effectively transfer consumers and businesses to our collection team, ensuring accurate and timely communication Work independently with minimal supervision, managing your time efficiently to meet performance goals and objectives Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our services and policies, staying up-to-date on industry developments and trends Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. While collections or office job experience is not required, a strong desire to learn and grow with our organization is essential.
