* Provide administrative support to clients and internal departments, including processing and responding to emails, calls, and messages that require immediate attention

* Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email regarding documentation, requests, and updates
* Accurately log client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our internal database
* Follow HIPAA-compliant communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
* Proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring client satisfaction
* Perform additional duties as needed
