Our mission is to provide a fair, impartial, and efficient process for resolving disputes and addressing community concerns. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative / Call Center Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for members of the community who seek information, guidance, and support related to our services. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and concerns, and ensuring that all interactions are handled in a timely, professional, and respectful manner. Your expertise will be essential in helping us maintain a positive reputation and build trust with the community we serve. **Key Responsibilities** • Serve as the liaison between blithequark and the community, providing information and guidance on our services and processes. • Respond to community inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, either in-person, by phone, or via email. • Ensure that all members of the community understand the adjudication process and their rights and responsibilities. • Investigate and attempt to resolve complaints from the public appearing before blithequark. • Process cases efficiently and effectively, minimizing wait times for the public. • Review, confirm, and ensure accurate information is provided to members of the community who have been issued summonses. • Assist in all aspects of processing cases, ensuring that the public has timely access to justice. **Hybrid Office / Remote Work Schedule** After completing an initial training period, you will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid office / remote schedule, allowing you to balance your work and personal life while still delivering exceptional customer service to our community. **Minimum Qualifications** To be considered for this role, you must meet one of the following qualification requirements: 1. High school graduation or equivalent and three years of experience in community work or community-centered activities in an area related to duties described above. 2. Education and/or experience that is equivalent to "1" above. **Preferred Skills** While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable: 1. Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Adobe, with knowledge in Excel. 2. Office experience, including demonstrable background dealing with members of the public. 3. Excellent oral and written communication skills. 4. History of volunteerism, such as service in the AmericCorps or Peace Corps, is viewed favorably. **Public Service Loan Forgiveness** As a prospective employee of blithequark, you may be eligible for federal loan forgiveness programs and state repayment assistance programs.
