**What You'll Do in This Role**
As a Customer Service Representative working from home, you will:
* Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language
* Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
* Follow, document, and retrieve information from databases
* Maintain a deep understanding of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
* Preferably have knowledge of iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology
* Offer additional products and/or services
* Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile
**Your Qualifications**
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will bring value and success to every customer interaction. The other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative (remote) role include:
* Fluency in both French and English
* 1+ year of customer service experience
* High school diploma or GED
* A quiet and distraction-free home environment
* Rapid multitasking skills
* Desire to learn new technologies
* Solid computer navigation skills and knowledge of computers
* A desktop or laptop computer for PC and Internet testing; a work computer may be provided, but is not guaranteed (will be discussed in detail with a recruiter)
* High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
