Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences Engage directly with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve a range of inquiries, from product recommendations to order issues. Research and problem-solve to determine the best solutions for customers, thinking critically and proactively to ensure contact resolution. Essential Qualifications: The Skills and Experience We Need 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) - demonstrated through a written assessment. Fluency in both Canadian French (Quebecois) and English. Ability to multi-task, navigating multiple systems and tools while maintaining a conversation with customers. Proficiency in using computers, including data entry and rapid navigation through systems and the internet. High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to pass a background check.
