**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Automotive Tool Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Assisting franchised distributor customers in selecting the right automotive tools and toolboxes to meet their needs
* Handling inbound calls with professionalism and poise, providing pricing details, part numbers, and troubleshooting issues to ensure customer satisfaction
* Providing technical support by sharing information from our extensive catalog and trusted suppliers, helping customers make informed decisions
* Inputting orders accurately using our internal software systems to ensure seamless communication and efficient order fulfillment
* Collaborating with the Customer Service team to resolve challenges and ensure seamless communication
* Engaging with subject matter experts across departments for cross-functional problem-solving and knowledge sharing
* Taking on additional responsibilities as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or GED equivalent
* Flexibility to work from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday
* At least 1 year of call center experience or equivalent customer service experience
* On-the-job experience with general automotive mechanics is a plus
* Intermediate PC and keyboard skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to interpret customer issues and troubleshoot effectively
**Nice-to-haves**
While not required, the following qualifications would be a great asset to your application:
* ASE certification
* Automotive expertise
* Familiarity with tools or related trade school degree
