As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience, from initial contact through to the completion of their vehicle's repair. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing a positive and lasting impression of blithequark's customer experience. Explain and educate customers on the repair process, including insurance claim information and processes, to ensure transparency and understanding. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of insurance partner requirements, including authorizations, billing, and load level processes. Coordinate with Rental Car and Tow companies to provide seamless service to our customers. Ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers, either by the assigned service advisor or designated backup teammate. Assist in customer communication throughout the repair process, addressing queries and concerns promptly. Monitor DRP assignments, estimate/repair appointments, and capture rates to maintain sales performance. Follow up on current and past DRP assignments to maximize sales opportunities for the center. Maintain accurate DRP logbooks and Enterprise ARMS records daily. Secure proper payments and assist with reconciling invoices to payables reports on a daily and monthly basis. Ensure the customer waiting area is always well-maintained and stocked with comfort items. Perform various administrative tasks and duties as required to meet the business needs. Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need: To be at least 18 years of age. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory). A valid driver's license and eligibility for coverage under our company insurance policy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with good time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Physical and Environmental Demands The Customer Service Representative role involves: Regular use of hands, talking, and hearing.
