YOUR CAPCO DAY Opportunities to collaborate with innovative clients and work on cutting-edge technologies, addressing the most compelling use cases. Build and deploy production-ready Python applications, focusing on GenAI, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs) and vector search technologies, to enhance data processing and document search capabilities. Employ innovative methods for document chunking and embedding, ensuring optimal search performance, accuracy, and relevance. Ideally, design and develop user-friendly interfaces using Angular or React to complement AI-driven applications. Ideally, maintain deployment artifacts using tools like Docker, Terraform, and GitHub Actions to support scalable and reliable development operations. Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate GenAI technologies, exploring new methodologies and technologies to drive project success. Engage with stakeholders to understand client requirements, translating these into technical specifications and innovative solutions. Adhere to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment, maintaining high standards of quality, security, and performance in all development activities. YOUR CAPCO FIT 5+ years of experience in writing enterprise-grade scalable Python applications, with a demonstrated history of delivering high-quality software solutions. Minimum of 1 year of experience developing and deploying client solutions supported by GenAI technologies. Hands-on experience in applying large language models and vector search technologies to solve complex data retrieval and analysis challenges. Deep knowledge of architectures and methodologies for extracting, chunking, and embedding unstructured data, optimizing search performance, and reducing "false positives" in retrieval processes. Proficiency in frontend development using Angular or React is a plus, enabling the creation of engaging, intuitive user interfaces. Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment using Docker, Terraform, and GitHub Actions is a strong advantage. Familiarity with Azure infrastructure, including networking resources, monitoring, and observability, is considered beneficial. Problem-Solving and Innovation: Excellent problem-solving abilities with a creative approach to overcoming technical challenges and delivering impactful solutions. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in team settings, interact with clients, and provide regular updates on project progress.
