**What This Entry-Level Role Entails:**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your day will start with a friendly greeting as you interact with customers over the phone and in person, helping them with all their auto repair needs. You'll be involved in scheduling service appointments, entering data, and managing customer records. As you grow into the role, you'll have the opportunity to train as a Service Advisor, gaining skills to recommend services, source parts, and ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities:**
