Interacting with domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates, providing friendly, professional, and confident service to help resolve travel issues and make their experience memorable.
Assisting customers with ticketing, baggage, and greeting them as they start and end their journey, all with a smile.
Providing insightful solutions to customer travel issues, anticipating their needs, and maintaining a strong sense of responsibility when we've inconvenienced a customer.
Working collaboratively with others, supporting your colleagues, and helping them succeed with new processes and technologies.
Maintaining a safety mentality, ensuring we hold ourselves and each other to the highest standards, and navigating challenges with composure and adaptability.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Minimum of 18 years old
Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
Physical ability to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift, as well as lift and handle baggage
Ability to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Ability to meet the company attendance standards and uniform and appearance standards
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and support colleagues
Familiarity with airport operations and travel industry protocols
