**Job Summary**
As a 1st Shift Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our customers, who are primarily commercial truckers in need of roadside assistance. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Supporting intake and dispatch emergency road service calls to truck drivers who call in
* Handling escalated issues from the tire service centers
* Answering calls from customers who have broken down and working to locate a service provider in the area
* Inputting relevant call information into our PC system
* Processing new sales orders or upgrading panel types
* Transferring calls to other departments or call centers as needed
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and resolve problems quickly and efficiently
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in the English language
* Work from home experience preferred
* History of great attendance and punctuality
* Highly organized and able to follow through on tasks and responsibilities
* PC familiarity and proficient typing skills
* Ability to navigate through several web applications simultaneously
* Strong technical skills
* Articulate and professional communication style
* Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and employment verification
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
* Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
