Job Overview
In this exciting and challenging role, you will have the opportunity to work independently at multiple locations, utilizing your exceptional customer service skills to assess storage needs, make recommendations, and sell packing and moving supplies. As a Self Storage Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for conducting daily storage unit inspections, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and ensuring that our customers are current with their payments. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will be essential in providing our customers with an unparalleled level of service.

Key Responsibilities

Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside, to provide exceptional customer service and support
Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies, to ensure that our clients receive the best possible solutions
Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring that our facilities are always ready to rent
Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits, maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the security of our operations
Help keep our customers current with payments, making reminder and collection calls when required, and providing support to resolve any issues that may arise
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including sweeping, mopping, and performing daily maintenance tasks, to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for our customers


Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in customer service, with experience in sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or fast food. You should be comfortable working independently, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also required, as you will need to travel between different work locations and conduct other work-related business.

Essential Qualifications

2+ years of experience in customer service, with a focus on sales and customer support
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with the ability to travel between different work locations
Ability to lift, move, and transport items weighing up to 35 pounds, with the ability to walk and stand for long periods

Experience in the self-storage industry, or a related field, with knowledge of storage solutions and customer needs
Strong sales and marketing skills, with the ability to promote our services and products to customers
