Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our remote team based in San Antonio, Texas. As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of customer service representatives to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. This role offers remote work flexibility, part-time hours, and is suited for professionals at the mid-to-senior level with at least 7 years of experience. Responsibilities: Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to enable them to deliver excellent customer service. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures, ensuring continuous enhancement of customer satisfaction. Monitor and evaluate customer service metrics, such as response times, call quality, and customer feedback, and take appropriate actions to improve performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to identify customer service improvement opportunities and develop action plans. Address escalated customer service issues and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining customer trust and loyalty. Train and onboard new customer service team members, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering their personal and professional growth. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer service management, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience of at least 7 years in customer service management, preferably in a retail or e-commerce industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve service excellence. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
