Your key responsibilities will include: * Modeling arenaflex's core values and philosophy, and ensuring that all associates understand and adhere to these principles * Driving improvement of friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys by maintaining a customer-first focus and delivering a consistently great experience to all customers * Maintaining a neat and orderly front-end area, troubleshooting issues with registers and transactions * Coordinating meal and break periods and monitoring schedule adherence * Providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner * Collaborating with the Assistant Store Manager and Customer Service Supervisor to develop and implement customer service strategies and initiatives * Providing feedback and coaching to associates to improve their customer service skills and performance **Requirements** To be successful as a Customer Service Lead at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire associates * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays * Physical ability to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more, as well as stand and walk for extended periods of time * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred * Previous customer service or retail experience, with a focus on leadership and team management **Benefits and Perks** As a Customer Service Lead at arenaflex, you will enjoy a competitive wage, flexible hours, and an associate discount.
