Position Overview

We are currently seeking a qualified Part-Time Customer Service Cashier to support our Hoboken location. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while processing transactions efficiently and accurately. Inventory Management: Locate products within the store, assist with stock inquiries, and ensure shelves are properly stocked and organized. Maintain awareness of product availability and communicate effectively with the inventory team.
Transaction Processing: Operate cash registers and point-of-sale systems accurately, processing various payment types including cash, credit, debit, and mobile payments. Ensure all transactions are completed precisely and efficiently.
Register Operations: Master the use of sales registers, smart devices, digital applications, and related technology tools. Stay current with all digital systems and POS software updates.
Packaging and Loading: Carefully package purchased items, ensuring proper bagging techniques while following all safety protocols. Assist customers by placing items in their vehicles when needed.
Returns and Exchanges: Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally, adhering to company policies and ensuring customer satisfaction. Document any issues and escalate when necessary.
