**The Role**
As a Customer Service Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your own equipment to ensure a seamless and efficient experience. **Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

* Utilize arenaflex's software and systems to manage customer interactions and track progress
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer service
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends
**Requirements**
* 1+ year of call center experience, preferably in a Security or related industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Basic knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a desire to provide exceptional customer experiences
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
**Technical Requirements**
* Internet Service (cannot connect via WIFI)
* Core i3 with 16GB of RAM
* Minimum of 25mbps upload and 25mbps download internet speed (run internet speed test at www.speedtest.net)
* Minimum of Windows 10 on computer
* Modem connection, hardwired to your computer via ethernet cable
* Home computer, monitor, and headset that allow you to answer calls (USB headset compatible with Avaya)
* Ability to upload arenaflex's required software (CT Soft phone) to your computer
