**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Facilitating intake calls and requests, providing customer service and support to callers
* Achieving satisfactory call quality, both behavioral and technical, as measured through call quality reviews
* Providing exceptional client service experiences, consistently delivering clear, efficient, and valuable support to callers
* Logging and tracking both calls and requests while servicing clients by typing notes into our proprietary system
* Addressing opportunities to maintain and improve business relationships with clients
* Other duties as assigned by management

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* **High School Diploma or equivalent**: A minimum educational requirement to demonstrate your ability to learn and grow with our team
* **Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude**: A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to providing top-notch support
* **Experience with call center software and scheduling tools**: Familiarity with call center technology and scheduling systems to efficiently manage your workload
* **Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multi-line call center environment**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple calls and requests
* **Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint and superior knowledge of Excel**: Strong technical skills to effectively manage data and communicate with clients
* **Experience with Google Docs and Apple/Mac Operating System preferred**: Familiarity with Google Docs and Apple/Mac Operating System to enhance your productivity and efficiency

* **Authorized to legally work for any employer in the United States**: Eligibility to work in the United States without restrictions
